Paying For Your Concussion Care and Testing
In-Person Payments
In-person payments can be made at your next visit, or by stopping by our Hockessin office.
Credit Card Payments
For your safety and security, if you would like to pay by credit card, please call our MAC Concussion Center at 302-235-8808 between 9 am – 4 pm on Monday through Thursday (or 9 am – 3 pm on Friday), and one of our MAC Alliance staff members will be happy to take your credit card payment over the phone.

Please be sure to note your name and account number on the lower left of your check. You can alternatively fill out our credit card information on your invoice and return it to us at the above address.
